Crew Applications - CREW POSITIONS BEGIN SEM2

For this year's production we are looking for the following:
1. Stage Manager
2. Assistant Stage Manager
3. Back Stage Crew (sets, props, costumes)
4. Tech Manager & Crew (lights and sound)
5. Hair and Makeup Team
6. Front of House (foyer set up, tickets, snacks)
7. Set Painting Team
8. Music
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Stage Manager: Reports directly to the director and is responsible for organizing sets, props, costumes and the cast back stage during rehearsals and during the shows. This person must be efficient, organized, good at multi-tasking and problem solving. The Stage Manager must be available for most rehearsals, all "blocking" rehearsals, weekend rehearsals, and all rehearsals 2 weeks prior to the show.
2. Assistant Stage Manager: Reports directly to the Stage Manager and the Director and is responsible for helping the stage manager in whatever ways necessary. The Assistant Stage Manager must be available for most rehearsals, all "blocking" rehearsals, weekend rehearsals, and all rehearsals 2 weeks prior to the show.
3. Back Stage Crew: Report directly to the Director, Set Designer and Stage Manager. This team is responsible to transitioning all sets and props throughout the show. You must work well as a team, take initiative and be able to move quickly on the stage. You must be available for all "blocking" rehearsals starting in Feb, all weekend rehearsals and all rehearsals during show week.
4. Tech Manager & Crew: Report directly to the Director, Set Designer and Stage Manager. This team is responsible for setting up and running all tech throughout the show. This includes microphones, music, speakers, cords, headsets, spots, computers and lights. You must work well as a team, take initiative and be able to move quickly. You must be available for all "blocking" rehearsals starting in Feb, all weekend rehearsals and all rehearsals during show week.
5. Hair and Make Up Team: Reports directly to Mrs. Persin-Mijic and the Director. This team is responsible to designing and implementing hair and makeup, a hair and make up schedule, and cleanliness of the cosmo room during all shows (dress rehearsals and night shows). You must be available for all shows during show week.
6. Front of House Team: Reports directly to the Director. Responsible to setting up the foyer including cast board and decorations, ticket sales, ticket checking, concessions, door duty, ushering and clean up. You must be available for the final weekend rehearsal (foyer set up) and all of show week.
7. Set Painting Team: Reports directly to Mrs. Fuller and the Director. This team is responsible for set design and creation. Hours and days will varying depending on what is being made for the show.
8. Music: Reports directly to the Music Director. This team must attend all music rehearsals.
